KL Process Design Group is contracted to provide engineering design, detailed engineering, project management, procurement, and all construction management of a 110 MGY plant located near Postville, IA.

The design-built project will be executed in two phases with both in house and contract engineering support. Phase I will consist of a 25 MGY plant with an expected construction start date of November 07 and plant start up planned for February 09. KL will provide commissioning services as well as plant operator training. Phase II will begin immediately after the successful start up of Phase I. Phase II expansion will increase total production capability to 110 MGY. KL will provide all plant management support services.
